Q. How long has The Sheen Bed Company been established?
A. 19 Years
Q. How are your goods delivered?
A. We use our own specialist delivery team who install all items and remove all packaging.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept; Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards and cheques. Please allow six working days for clearance of cheques.
Q. How long does delivery take to my home?
A. All items have an estimated delivery time to us. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from us to you.
Q. May I have a timed delivery?
A. Unfortunately due to our wide delivery area, traffic conditions and time spent assembling items, we are unable to give timed deliveries, other than 9am-12pm or 1pm – 5pm. However our delivery team will ring a specified number on request 1 hour before they are due. Alternatively, customers may contact our store on their delivery day for a more accurate time.
Q. What happens after I place my order?
A. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours and a written order with payment receipt within 7 days. We will contact you as soon as your order is complete to arrange delivery.
Q.How secure is shopping at The Sheen Bed Company?
A. We treat every order with the utmost confidentiality and your details are not given out to third parties.
All online orders are securely ecrypted using 128-bit encryption through our Thawte Secure Server provided by Futurestore.
Q. Can I make changes to my order?
A. Items ordered from stock can generally be changed before delivery. When specially ordered, amendments can only be made within 48 hours and also providing our supplier has not already commenced production.
Q. How do I check my order status?
A. Contact us on 020 8876 2155 or email info@sheenbeds.co.uk. If we don’t have an accurate delivery date, we will contact our suppliers for a delivery update.
Q. What happens if I am out when you deliver?
A. You will need to contact us to re-arrange delivery. There will be an additional delivery charge.
Q. Can you store items I have ordered?
A. If your circumstances dictate you are unable to accept delivery, we can store your order for a period of up to 3 months without charge. Beyond this, a storage charge will apply.
Q. Can I order online and collect from your store?
A. Yes, with a 3 day notice period and proof of identity.
Q. Can you delivery overseas?
A. No, although we are able to deliver to a Shipper’s address, or they may collect from us.
Q. What if I don’t like what I have ordered after it has been delivered?
A. Under current legislation, you are entitled to a cooling off period commencing from the date the order was placed and ending 7 days after you have received delivery. Special orders, i.e. bespoke items or mattresses that have been removed from its packaging are exempt from the cooling off period.
Q. What happens if I have a complaint about the merchandise supplied?
A. We pride ourselves on our customer service. Please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to resolve any disputes |
